One of our premiere clients is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter. Drive client interaction and build relationships with some of the nation's top companies. In this role you will:
Serve as the Recruiter for our client's recruiting team, sourcing and screening professionals.
Conduct recruiting activities to include sourcing and networking for passive candidates, interviewing and qualification.
Utilizing network and sourcing strategies to find candidates for all positions.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

years of experience in corporate recruiting
Recruiting in Investment banking industry preferred
Understanding of the recruitment, pre-employment and post-employment process
Must be comfortable cold calling into organizations to source, and sell currently employed potential candidates on opportunities
Track record of effectively negotiating and closing compensation/offer terms
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships with both clients and team members
Experience prioritizing and managing a variety of tasks
Proven ability with direct sourcing, networks and cold calling
Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases
