Responsible to receive product deliveries, pull and stage product for distribution, rotate stock, and coordinate activities with drivers to ensure shipments are accurate and deliveries are timely.
Shift: M-F from 7:30am-3:30pm for the first two weeks of the month and off the second two weeks of the month . This position will work about 80 hours per month.
Assist in loading/unloading vehicles for deliveries.
Receive and unload trucks; reconcile products to invoice/packing slip, and store in proper location.
Rotate inventory as assigned.
Deliver products to facilities, if needed.
Sign delivery sheet or other record to validate accuracy of picking process.
Process back orders.
Label products as necessary.
Process UPS / FedEx shipments as necessary.
Perform monthly physical inventories.
Maintain sufficient supply of equipment needed for daily orders.
Inspect and record any damaged equipment returned to department and report to the designated supervisor.
Clean equipment returned to warehouse, if applicable.
Knowledge of clean and dirty equipment requirements.
Document equipment serial numbers dispensed or returned and communicate status to appropriate personnel.
Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA.
Other duties as assigned; Job duties may vary by location.
Minimum (Required): _(must be met in order to perform the job at the required level)_
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license, if driving required
Ability to physically perform lifting
Neat/clean appearance
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
Preferred: _(if above and beyond the minimum required)_
1-3 years experience in warehouse/shipping/logistics
Physical Demands: May sit, stand, stoop, bend and walk intermittently during the day. May sit or stand seven (7) to ten (10) hours per day. May be necessary to work extended hours as needed. Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required. May need to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds on occasion. Visual acuity to see and read fine prints. Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to hear normal voice sounds. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this role.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
