Pontoon is currently hiring for a Technical Recruiter in Toledo, OH.
The Recruiter is responsible for full life-cycle recruitment for one of our internal clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Manages full life-cycle recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing, presenting candidates, and negotiating offers
Develops and maintains strong business relationships with internal clients
Develops and executes recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
Captures data in Applicant Tracking System and generating of reports
Position Requirements
High School Diploma
1-3 years of technical recruiting experience preferred
Proficiency with PeopleFluent or other ATS preferred
Experience recruiting I.T. professionals and other high-level positions
Strong knowledge in all full life-cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, hiring legality, relationship management and due diligence
Staffing agency, RPO or other third-party recruiting experience preferred
Experience sourcing and screening candidates
Experience navigating and sourcing through social media channels highly preferred
Experience prioritizing and managing a variety of tasks
Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases
Ability to analyze and interpret metrics to drive performance.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of applications.
Ability to build trust, develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
