Be outgoing and motivated to educate homeowners about energy efficiency and help them to take action Be a quick learner and able to think on your feet with positive and professional demeanor Ability to quickly build rapport with homeowners Excellent communication skills Minimum 1 year experience with canvassing, political organizing, door-to-door sales, or community outreach, and/or previous experience with customer service, sales, or other related fields Comfortable working with tablets, smart phones and computers Able to work light evening and weekend hours
