Merit House is hiring LPN or RN Charge Nurses to join our dynamic team.
Who we are- Merit House is a CMS 4-star rated family owned and operated senior community in North Toledo bought in 2013.
We have renovated the building that has been a part of the community since 1965.
We have 61 SNF/Long term care private rooms and 43 Assisted Living apartments with a good survey history.
Our residents' range in age from 39 to 99 with an average age of seventy-two.
What we offer- Our Charge Nurse position 6a-630p, 7a-730p (We do not mandate) In addition, we offer:
