3K a year Come work your passion with us! Unison Health is hiring experienced individuals to train as full-time Care Coordinators to work with children/youth with behavioral or developmental disability health challenges and their families.
You will work closely with children/youths, their families and community partners to link the child/youth to needed care and services.
Our service area includes Lucas, Fulton, Henry, Williams, Putnam, Defiance, Paulding, Van Wert and Mercer counties Qualifications needed:
High School Diploma and 3 years' experience OR Associates or bachelor's degree and two years' experience OR Master's degree and one year experience.
Experience in children's behavioral health, child welfare, developmental disabilities, juvenile justice, or a related public sector human services or behavioral health care field providing community-based services to children and youth, their family, or caregivers.
Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
Family systems, community systems and resources, case management, child and family counseling or therapy, child protection, or child development.
Must be proficient in the use of computers and systems.
Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, be able to be insured through the agency commercial policy and have personal auto insurance.
LSW/LPC preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
