Non CDL Delivery Driver Program
What can I expect:

  • Delivering product to our restaurant customers
  • Driving a non-commercial vehicle locally
  • Assisting a Class A Driver on routes regionally
  • Studying to obtain your temporary permit
  • Attend school to obtain your Class A License

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 20 years or older.
  • Ability to pass a driving and criminal background, DOT physical and drug test.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record - No OVI's.
  • Physical ability to lift 35lbs on average on a consistent basis, bend, twist and climb.
  • Ability to obtain Class A within 3 months of hire.

Compensation:

  • As a Non CDL Driver you will earn $210 per day.
  • After you obtain your Class A and are certified by our Driver Auditor, pay will then increase to $300 per day for 1 Day routes and $350 per day for 2 Day routes
  • Annual Safety Bonus - $1,500

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
