Design Director (NBA Top Shot) at Axiom Zen in Remote
Are you a Design Director looking for a chance to make an impact on the sports industry with a brand new tech-forward product? The Design Director will be responsible for the design aesthetic for the product and how this is translated across marketing/growth/product. What we'll accomplish together:
Lead and hire a world-class team of designers, managing the hiring process for design/motion end to end. Managing 3-5
people (+scaling where appropriate). Define together with the Creative Director the next generation of sports collectibles > new and upcoming. Set and maintain the bar for all NBATS visuals. Bringing the vision to reality:
Work cross disciplines and create a roadmap planning that will align with the product goals, and work with the creative team to bring the product vision to life roadmap planning and giving input to help bring the product vision to life What you'll be responsible for:
Oversee creative work with internal designers as well as agencies/freelancers. Partner with the Creative director on Creative strategy, vision, and campaigns. Work closely with product / product design / Liveops / marketing/ growth. Drive experiential marketing activations forward, ideate, and execute. Work with the NBA product team to understand the product goals and plan on top of that to make sure the creative vision and planning will support the product vision. Collaborate with Creative Director on Campaigns, owning the design direction and execution. Direct creative across graphics, motion, campaigns, and more. Input into creative strategies for new campaigns. Ensuring the quality of creativity, performance, and timely execution. Reviewing agency proposals working with them on key product milestones. Engaging with stakeholders and ensuring all expectations are defined and aligned and to assure the metrics are set up to measure success. More about Dapper Labs:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Design & UXEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
