0 Full-time 7 hours ago Full Job Description The Facilities Maintenance Manager plans, leads and directs all activities supporting the maintenance of the buildings, equipment, grounds and systems in all of Sofo Foods facilities.
This position reports to the Director of Facilities.
Expectations:
Manage day to day operations of Facilities Maintenance Department, as well as special projects.
May also fill in for the Director of Facilities when needed.
Requirements:
General knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, fire and security systems.
Experience managing facility related projects.
Ability to pass a background and pre-employment drug screen.
Ability to function in a multi-level environment, including climbing stairs, bending, twisting, stepping, stooping, reaching, lifting and pushing.
Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to comprehend directions and report or convey information.
Knowledge of basic business software (email, spreadsheets, etc.
) Experience with AutoCad and CMMS systems is a plus.
Ability to maintain an operator driving license.

Ensures a high level of customer service and department responsiveness and provides clear and consistent guidance to maintenance and facilities staff.
Provides direction for maintenance assignments to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner, within budget, and with a high standard of completion and quality.
Administer the preventative maintenance program to ensure uninterrupted operation of all services (power, water, fire protection, equipment, etc.
), and ensure back-up systems are in place in case of operational emergencies.
Utilize the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work orders, preventative maintenance, and spare parts.
Work with the Director of Facilities to plan annual budgets and capital projects.
Work Schedule:
This is a first shift position.
