We are in need of a Maintenance Personnel who has general knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting and repair work.
Would like someone who has worked in a nursing home setting before.
Job Description for our home-like atmosphere 104 bed facility; - Interior maintenance such as painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry.
Your supervisor will give you Maintenance Request forms on repairs in common areas and resident's rooms to be completed on a daily basis and when a room opens up your supervisor will go in and make a list of repairs that need done to get it ready for the next resident.
- Exterior maintenance you will perform seasonal law care, ground maintenance and snow removal.
