This role will be responsible for planning resources and allocating them appropriately.
Drive implementation of operational optimization projects.
Define and lead new initiatives to drive quality and efficiency.

Job:
Work closely with leadership to drive operational and quality programs Drive programs success through metrics, KPIs and data.
Manage resource allocation and planning needs based on demand, capacity, and utilization.
Ownership of new operations, quality, and processes programs.
Establishing factory-wide dashboards, process mapping and supporting a 5S program.
Track and manage inventory across the different departments of the facility Collaborate with stakeholders in Somerville to ensure the visibility, alignments, and success of programs.
Review special production requests files and review them for 3D Printing success.
You:

years experience in program management Have worked in production environments Proven ability to develop, validate, and document processes Experience implementing new processes Ability to work with data (Excel) and make data driven decisions Bachelor's Degree Bonus Skills:
A Bachelor or Advanced Degrees in Engineering, 3D Design, or something related Knowledge or working experience with 3D printing/additive manufacturing Have experience in CAD design Job Type:
