FUNCTION:
This position will lead, establish, and meet expectations for departments within the Agency.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing direction and support for all departments and identifying opportunities for improving operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
Develop measurable program goals that align with Area Office on Aging 's Strategic Plan.
Collaborate with Executives, departmental management, and staff on evaluating, improving, and recommending efficient processes for each department.
Analyze and monitor program budgets and projections reports ensuring departments are on pace with utilizing their budgeted dollars Facilitating reducing operational costs as needed Identify and recommend opportunities to develop an internal pipeline for the Agency's leadership needs.
Develop agendas for and facilitate/coordinate Executive Council Meetings and Meetings of Directors, Managers, and Supervisors.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Ten or more years of experience operating non-profit organizations.
Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, public administration, education, or a relevant field required; master's degree preferred.
Ability to discover the most efficient ways to run an organization.
Reliable transportation, insurance, valid driver's license, and the ability to satisfactorily undergo a Motor Vehicle Record check (MVR) annually.
