We are looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You will be able to explain technical issues in a way that is easy for non-technical people to understand.
You will also need to have strong problem-solving skills and be able to think on your feet.
As a member of the Help Desk Team, you will be the first point of contact for Employees experiencing technical issues.
You will diagnose problems quickly and accurately while performing standard, preliminary research.
You will use a variety of remote access, user admin, and related tools.

Act as the frontline for all computer and system related concerns from Kingston users.
New Hire Onboarding with configuration of new computers, accounts, and new hire orientations.
Outstanding hands-on and phone customer service skills allowing for a positive user service experience.
Positive and upbeat demeanor.
Log incidents and requests in ticketing system.
Research, resolve, and respond to questions received via telephone calls, emails, and walkups in a timely manner.
Ability to conduct research into PC and software issues and products as required.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Team oriented and work well independently.
On-call and/or work outside of normal business hours may be required.
Qualifications:
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Moderate PC/laptop/mobile device troubleshooting skills.
Must have good attention to detail.
Experience working with Windows 10 Experience working with Active Directory.
Experience working with PowerShell.
Experience working with network printers and troubleshooting Wi-Fi.
Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts.
Experience with support and troubleshooting of Microsoft Office365 suite Familiarity with desktop or server operating systems, various software applications, and PC hardware.
Knowledge of networks, servers, storage.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
