Responsibilities:
Managing BCI risk management function including procurement and monitoring of all insurance programs.
Strategic Risk assessment, measurement, and mitigation, especially of uninsurable or underinsured risks, Cybersecurity and D&O issues.
Ensure BCI entities operate in compliance regarding Worker's Comp, OSHA and related regulatory requirements in all states where we operate.
Qualified Candidates will have experience and proven ability to:
Analyze data and identify potential risks.
Expertly manage captive insurance, re-insurance, and underwriting insurance programs Expertise in assessing and addressing risk factors.
Gather information and make thorough recommendations to executive/board members.
Identify and mitigate cybersecurity and electronic fraud risk (in conjunction with IT.
) Lead the risk management activities and staff.
Successfully manage annual renewals and bidding processes for all insurance lines and be the in-house expert in all current and prospective insurance requirements.
Develop strong working relationships with operators.
Participate in any litigation matters as required.
Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, Insurance, or related field.
Minimum of seven years of experience in Risk Management and Insurance; Associate in risk management (ARM) or Certified Risk Manager (CRM) certification preferred.
This position is based out of our Toledo, OH office, with travel required to other BCI entities as necessary.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
