As a working Maintenance Professional, you will work closely with your support team:
Property Manager, Maintenance team, District Manager, and Regional Project Manager.
We currently have an opening in Toledo! We are looking for an experienced maintenance technician who has excellent scheduling abilities, and a proven leader who positively motivates his/her team through a strong work ethic, knowledge, and positive attitude.
This position is full time.
You must have basic hand tools and a valid Driver's License with dependable transportation.
You must have the ability to get on roofs of single-story constructions, remove snow, and must be comfortable in small spaces as buildings are constructed on a crawl space.
General Maintenance Activities:
Ensures the completion of all market-ready apartments, apartment upgrades, emergency and non-emergency service requests, various maintenance activities, community inspections, and maintain immaculate grounds and curb appeal.
