Summary:
The primary function of this position is to help a delivery driver with the physical aspects of delivering packages to serve our customers.
As a delivery assistant you will be in the passenger seat of the vehicle while in motion, in the back finding packages at your stops and delivering them.
Responsibilities:
Meeting a delivery driver at a predetermined location in order to assist them for the day Communicate with customers regularly about their order status.
Communicate effectively with customers to provide excellent customer service.
Follow safety procedures Delivering and picking up packages for customers as needed.
