You also get to oversee all paperwork and documentation completed by our staff members for billing purposes and work with new/existing staff to make sure they understand their reports.
The position involves maintaining regular maintenance of the office's fleet of vehicles as well as working with the team to keep a clean and safe environment.
As an Administrative Assistant/Caseload Facilitator you help facilitate our services, support our staff members, and set the example for making sure the office runs smoothly.
REQUIREMENTS 1.
High school diploma/GED or above.
2.
Ability to type 40 words per minute and navigate a company-issued laptop.
3.
A clean driving record.
4.
Ability to pass a background and drug screening (a list of the disqualifying offenses can be provided if needed).
