Position responsibilities include:
responding to calls from subscribers, carriers and delivery managers; handling customer service issues, billing issues and promotion of The Blade on all platforms.
The successful candidate will have the following
Qualifications:
Excellent spelling, grammar and verbal communication skills; The ability to type 35 WPM and computer experience; Able to multi-task and possess strong time-management skills; Flexibility to work Monday through Friday 7:
00am-2pm; and Sunday 7:
00am-11:
30am; Minimum of 1-2 years of call center and/or customer service experience; A High School diploma is required.
The option for remote work is available if certain criteria are met.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
