Must know how to assign cases to investigator based on workload (Onbase preferred) Assists with routing cases & processing charges (e.
g.
, walk-in, mail-in, online); Assists with preparing & submitting cases Prints labels, creates & compiles reports, & prepares case folders for investigations.
Performs related clerical functions (e.
g.
, acts as receptionist; answers telephones; responds to general inquiries; screens/refers calls; takes messages & greets visitors; updates & maintains filing system; creates intake packets; logs & distributes mail; maintains case logs; assists with regional payroll).
Operates personal computer, photocopier machine, facsimile machine, & other general office equipment.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
