Job Summary The Human Resources Director is responsible for the overall human resources function at Heatherdowns Rehab and Residential.

Responsibilities Monitor and approve payroll.
Implement human resources policies and procedures.
Hire and onboard new employees.
Disseminate performance reviews.
Resolve employee relations issues.
Comply with all applicable labor laws.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred 2
years of experience in human resources or payroll Strong understanding of human resources Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
