Responsibilities Ensure personal care needs are met Communicate about patients' health or issues that may arise Light chores Provide assistance for day to day activities Follow the (ISP) Individual Service Plan Client Documentation Qualifications Experience working as a personal care aide or similar field Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain empathetic to patient needs High attention to detail All trainings and certifications may be obtained through the Agency We are looking forward to receiving your application.
