answering customer calls and emails, order management, and issue resolutionThe Customer Associate is a team player, adaptable to change, and is an active learner who seeks out and learns market trends and behaviorsThis role is part of Customer Operations within the Supply Chain Team
Job Description:
Provides service to individuals in a face-to-face setting that may include greeting visitors, providing directions, fielding complaints, answering questions, and/or providing information about an organization or serviceMay include some telephone and/or mail (including electronic) interactionMay work as part of a team or as an individualMay require use of office automation to enable and report on the outcomesThis is not applicable to Contact Center positions.
