The ideal candidate will be able to supervise and coordinate 30
associates at any given time to ensure a flawless customer experience with our online portion of the business.
As a Digital Team Lead, your schedule will be on a rotation to include mornings, mid shifts, evenings, and rotating weekends.
Due to this, we are only considering candidates with open availability.
This position starts at $19/hr with increases annually for performance.
As a Digital Team Lead, some roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Effectively leading your team of associates to excellence through building rapport, setting expectations, and executing results Monitor associate attendance, time off requests, scheduling for your area, and more Mentoring associates to promote internal growth and associate engagement Upholding Walmart policies and standards across the store Maintaining accountability with all associates to ensure that standard is upheld Total ownership of your area, including managing the work load and organization of your assigned area Maintaining a total store team mindset Leading the way in company advancements with technology and online shopping Benefits include:
