Summary:
The primary function of this position is to assist a delivery driver with the physical aspects of delivering packages to serve our customers.
As a delivery assistant you will be in the passenger seat of the vehicle while in motion.
At stops you will be locating the customer's packages, scanning them and delivering them.
Responsibilities:
Meeting a delivery driver daily in order to learn and assist them for the day.
Communicate with customers regularly about their order status.
Communicate effectively with customers to provide excellent customer service.
Follow safety procedures Delivering and picking up packages (up to 150 pounds) to both business and residential customers as needed.
