$200k-$500k annually possible. Paid base with 30%-32% collections.

Requirements of the Dentist
We welcome new grads.
DMD or DDS degree from accredited college.
Current Dentist license in Ohio.
We use Eaglesoft.
Job info and responsibilities of the Dentist:
We are seeking a General Dentist who is hard working, driven, self-starter, personable, good with patients, good with staff to provide extractions, fillings, crowns, root canals, dentures and more.
Our group practice delivers a full range of dental services to patients of all ages, in a comfortable, modern, spa like environment for the ultimate in patient care.
Practice is completely up-to-date with the latest dental equipment such as Intraoral cameras, CBCT, iTero, Cerec, Gentlewave and more, in 26 treatment rooms.
Currently we employ 7 - 8 doctors, 4 hygient EFDAs, 3 EFDAs, 15 hygientists with assistants and front office staff.
This is a very well run and prosperous dental practice where the sky is the limit for your earnings. We continually work on improving ourselves with the latest discoveries in the dental field to provide the very best dental care possible.

You would enter the ESOP plan after 6 months of employment and receives stock each year you work 1,000 hours.
Each year 1,000 hours are worked is a vested year. Fully vested after 6 years.
