Position Description
The Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for screening and interviewing candidates for an assigned portfolio of clients. The individual supports the development of recruiting strategies and candidate pipelines to deliver recruiting outcomes for client accounts. The Talent Acquisition Consultant supports the achievement of operational results, internal client satisfaction and external client metrics as it relates to recruiting.
Performs full life-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition responsibilities
Conducts recruitment activities for all levels of positions
Duties could include, cold calling, screening, working with sourcing, pipelining, and candidate submittals to the Account Management Group
Qualify candidates through resume review and behavior based phone interviews
Creates recruitment strategies with regular follow-up and progress updates.
Partners with managers and team members to generate ideas, leverage resources, and share information that facilitates effective searches.
Reviews job descriptions to ensure proper advertisement format for internet job postings and target niche web sites.
Position Requirements
B.S. or B.A Degree or equivalent experience
Three (3) years of recruiting experience preferred
Agency or corporate recruiting experience preferred but not required
Experience supporting multiple leadership partners simultaneously
Recruiting experience for a broad and deep range of positions
Be assertive and accountable for the recruiting work-flow process
The ability to communicate in person and virtually by using appropriate written and verbal communication skills
Experience using staffing systems and tools including relational database Applicant Tracking Systems, the Internet, job boards, etc.
Proficient knowledge in all full life-cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management and due diligence
Ability to pre-close candidates prior to submitting for consideration
Strong results orientation and customer focus
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, ever changing environment
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
