Position Description
The Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for screening and interviewing candidates for an assigned portfolio of clients. The individual supports the development of recruiting strategies and candidate pipelines to deliver recruiting outcomes for client accounts. The Talent Acquisition Consultant supports the achievement of operational results, internal client satisfaction and external client metrics as it relates to recruiting.
oPerforms full life-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition responsibilities
oConducts recruitment activities for all levels of positions
oDuties could include, cold calling, screening, working with sourcing, pipelining, and candidate submittals to the Account Management Group
oQualify candidates through resume review and behavior based phone interviews
oCreates recruitment strategies with regular follow-up and progress updates.
oPartners with managers and team members to generate ideas, leverage resources, and share information that facilitates effective searches.
oReviews job descriptions to ensure proper advertisement format for internet job postings and target niche web sites.
Position Requirements
oB.S. or B.A Degree or equivalent experience
oThree (3) years of recruiting experience preferred
oAgency or corporate recruiting experience preferred but not required
oExperience supporting multiple leadership partners simultaneously
oRecruiting experience for a broad and deep range of positions
oBe assertive and accountable for the recruiting work-flow process
oThe ability to communicate in person and virtually by using appropriate written and verbal communication skills
oExperience using staffing systems and tools including relational database Applicant Tracking Systems, the Internet, job boards, etc.
oProficient knowledge in all full life-cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management and due diligence
oAbility to pre-close candidates prior to submitting for consideration
oStrong results orientation and customer focus
oAbility to work independently while contributing to a team environment
oAbility to multi-task in a fast paced, ever changing environment
oDemonstrated ability to manage time effectively

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
