Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Handling Raw Materials/Purchased Components Needed to Meet Production Requirements
Make Adjustments to Inventory as Needed
Analyzing and Reporting of Inventory, including creating reports.
Monitor Cycle Counts
Review Purchase Orders
Monitor and Communicates Vendor Performance
Rectifies Any Shipping or Pricing Discrepancy Issues with Vendor
Prepares Shipping Paperwork
Works Closely with Production Personnel
Entering Data as Needed in Computer Program
Maintains Records and Reports
Skills Needed to Excel in this Position:
Leadership skills
Ability to interact with high levels of business partners
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Outstanding time management
Strong multi-tasking skills
Team player attitude
Quick problem solver
Proficient in Word and Excel
Outstanding mathematical ability, likes working with numbers
Experience in using ERP/MRP manufacturing systems.
Education:
Some college is required and Associates Degree in Inventory Management and/or Purchasing Management is preferred
Candidate will be responsible for management of all raw materials/purchased components, including the proper stocking and releasing of these items required to support the manufacturing process.
Must pass a Drug and Background Check prior to employment Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
