Our Client has a job opportunity for a Manufacturing Process Engineer who can effectively provide hands-on technical support, project management and process improvement leadership so that the plant meets its manufacturing goals and continuously improves beyond best practices in safety, quality, cost, and effectiveness.
This is a key role for our new facility and product line in the Toledo,OH area. This candidate will work in to develop and improve the manufacturing process for our building products membrane system.
Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for product quality and continuous improvement
Maintain safety, product quality, and manufacturing effectiveness through daily troubleshooting and resolution of Process difficulties.
Advise plant management in potential application of new advances and/or modifications to existing plant facilities. Lead modifications to systems and procedures.
Implement process related capital projects.
Must Have Requirements:
Engineering degree (chemical or polymer preferred)
Five years of progressive engineering experience in manufacturing with demonstrated success in executing process optimization utilizing data driven methodologies initiatives (i.e. Six Sigma, RCCA)
Proven ability to plan, organize and execute projects.
Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Additional consideration given for:
Experience with maintaining quality systems preferred.
Minitab experience preferred
6 Sigma or lean manufacturing experience a plus
Elastomer processing experience a plus
MicroSoft ProjectEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
