What you may not know is that we also offer a full range of automotive services, from brakes to transmissions, performed by state certified technicians, most of whom hold multiple ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications as well. With all that being said, we require a sales team to effectively be able to sell our products and inform the cusotmer of the reasons why.
Currently we have one of the best team of employees anyone could hope for, however we are always seeking the best and brightest to make us even stronger. As we continue to grow in Michigan and Ohio, we are seeking potential team members for the positions of Sales Associate, Assistant Manager and Store Managers. Whether you have automotive experience or not (We prefer that you do), we provide the training (classroom, e-learning and hands-on)and you provide the success.
Belle Tire offers competitive base salaries along with incentive based compensation packages, full benefits and a 401k.

Responsibilities:
Sales Associate:
Continuous thinking and sharing of ideas to improve Belle Tire
Assess customers' needs and provide Belle Tire solutions accordingly
Ability to be ready to start work at scheduled time
Meeting and exceeding defined goals and objectives
Building customer relationships
Managing a cash drawer: cashing customers out
Clean shop, showroom, restrooms, and waiting room if needed
Pick up tires/parts from stores and vendors if needed
Manages and coaches shop employees
Other duties as assigned by supervision
Retail Management:
Executes all of the duties of the Sales Associate at an extremely high level
Open and Close the location
Assists with/manages coaching and directing employees
Scheduling of employees
Daily cash reconciliation
Other duties as assigned by supervision

Minimum Requirements:
Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and all levels of employees
Must be able to read and write English
Must be able to represent one's self and Belle Tire in a professional manner
Must possess excellent customer service skills
Must be able to multi-task and possess excellent organizational skills
Minimum
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED is required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must possess a valid Michigan/Ohio driver's license (Depending on location)
