Plant Manager

Supports FMCNA's vision, mission, core values, quality policy and goals of plant incorporation.
To support and achieve product quality, cost and volume objectives of the plant.
Establishes, implements, maintains and manages all objectives, requirements, standards, practices and procedures of the manufacturing facility.
Establishes and manages production systems, quality standards, safety standards, personnel systems, financial systems, and other facility administrative systems.
Responsibility to ensure that all products produced meets the quality, safety and sales standards and expectations.
Implements and maintains all Quality standards, including meeting Compliance and Regulatory requirements, establishing and meeting quality goals and objectives for the entire operation.
Implements and maintains all financial goals; including developing and meeting cost standards, monitoring and maintaining operational efficiencies, developing and implementing cost reductions, and developing and meeting of operational budgets.
Responsible for ensuring production and operating reports are maintained.
Resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issues to ensure minimal impact to the business.
Establishes and manages proper hiring, staffing, and retention.
Responsible for ensuring that production schedules and manufacturing activities meet the forecasts.
Responsible for ensuring that the production equipment is well maintained and meets specific operational performance, optimum utilization and optimum safety.
Coordinates repairs, replacement, and maintenance of all plant equipment with the Production Manager and Plant Engineer.
Develops and/or revises Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance with standards.
Resolves employee conflicts as needed.
Adheres to progressive disciplinary, attendance, and applicable policies.
Maintains good employee relations and monitors employee moral.
Responsible for training and continued development of office and production personnel.
Ensures compliance to FMCNA business policies and practices.
Conducts performance reviews.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent work history required.
Equivalent work history is represented by 3 years of relevant work history for each year of education.
For plants that manufacture product for export to , a University degree in a science related to the exported product is required EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS Minimum seven (7) to ten (10) years experience in progressively responsible management positions in manufacturing.
Related experience in operations for personnel management, quality, budgets and finance, engineering and maintenance, and materials and resource planning.
Three (3) to five (5) years experience with FDA, and Health (as applicable) GMP's, OSHA, EPA or ISO regulatory requirements.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
