Trust Administrator-Officer Toledo Ohio- ?Administer assigned accounts, including Personal Trusts, estates, agency, charitable, and individual retirement accounts in accordance with terms of governing instruments and the Banks policies and procedures. ?Demonstrate strong knowledge of fiduciary laws, taxes, investment management and trust accounting. Exercise discretion and judgment in resolving complex administration issues with clients attorneys and Banks senior management. ?Review all assigned accounts annually as part of formal trust review process for completeness and accuracy of administration, reducing risk to Bank. Respond to inquiries from clients, attorneys, CPAs, in a timely manner. ?Experience Includes: ?Advanced ability to read, analyze and interpret complex trust documents. ?Excellent organizational, planning and presentation skills. ?Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ?Demonstrated leadership in motivating staff to obtain goals. ?Advanced negotiation skills, independence and self-motivation.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
