Job Developers provide one-on-one service to connect people with disabilities to integrated community employment. This includes getting people ready for employment, helping people find job opportunities, and helping employers fill their employment needs. Successful Job Developers are outgoing and comfortable around all people, proficient on a computer, and have a passion for seeing people find successful employment.
