Talent Resource Coordinator
MS Companies is now hiring Talent Resource Coordinator (TRC) to join our recruiting team. The TRC will play an integral role in our recruiting strategy by increasing our visibility within the community and be the face and voice of MS Companies.Pay: $15- $17hr
OTWhat We Need:
Identifying key areas on the community to recruit and leverage talentCreate a monthly orientation schedule based on our customers' needs and prioritiesCoordinating and running job fairs, open houses, and community-based recruiting eventsBuild and maintain a pool of qualified candidates who have completed background checks, drug screens, and customer specific requirementsOversee the management of on-boarding activities including completing background checks, drug screens, I9 compliance, training, E-Verify compliance, employment paperwork, and other site specific requirementsSupport client launch activities by working with Recruiting Manager and Operations to source, select, and orient employeesFacilitate new hire orientations in all high volume and hard to staff locationsBuild and maintain relationships with local agenciesVisit unemployment offices, jobs and family services, veteran service centers, and other community centers to identify talent
What You'll Bring:
A minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting and/or HR experienceBachelors or Associates Degree preferredProficient with Microsoft Office ProductsInternally motivated and go-getterEntrepreneurial attitudeMust be bilingual Ability to travel in the local area up to 50% (home in evenings)
