What We Need:
o Identifying key areas on the community to recruit and leverage talento Create a monthly orientation schedule based on our customers' needs and prioritieso Coordinating and running job fairs, open houses, and community-based recruiting eventso Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates who have completed background checks, drug screens, and customer specific requirementso Oversee the management of on-boarding activities including completing background checks, drug screens, I9 compliance, training, E-Verify compliance, employment paperwork, and other site specific requirementso Support client launch activities by working with Recruiting Manager and Operations to source, select, and orient employeeso Facilitate new hire orientations in all high volume and hard to staff locationso Build and maintain relationships with local agencieso Visit unemployment offices, jobs and family services, veteran service centers, and other community centers to identify talent
What You'll Bring:
o A minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting and/or HR experienceo Bachelors or Associates Degree preferredo Proficient with Microsoft Office Productso Internally motivated and go-gettero Entrepreneurial attitudeo Bilingual (preferred but not required)o Ability to travel in the local area up to 50% (home in evenings)
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
