Leasing Consultant
Millennia Housing Management Ltd., a successful management company located in the Midwest, is looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant for Historic Hillcrest located in Toledo, OH. The Leasing Consultant will report to the Property Manager and be responsible for marketing apartments to prospective residents as well as general office duties. This is a part time position.
Must Possess:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Outgoing personality who enjoys working with people
Well organized with attention to detail
Excellent customer service
Ability to assist with budget compliance
Creative
Capable of working in a fast paced worked environment
Proficient in MS Publisher, Word and Excel
The qualified individual will have 2 or more years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or sales role. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
